Can I buy from you in person?

Throughout the year, we will make appearances at some local food fayres and shows.  Keep up-to-date with our exploits by following us on Twitter and Facebook and reading our news page on the website.

 

What if I want lots of hampers?

Talk to us – whether you’re from a business thinking about corporate gifts, or just have big family (like we do!), please get in touch to discuss what we can do for you.

 

Can I create my own hamper from scratch?

Please contact us at sales@reddaffodils.co.uk if you would like to discuss the possibility of creating a bespoke gift.

 

What are the delivery options?

If the recipient is not available to receive the goods what happens? 

The hamper will be returned to the delivery company’s depot and an attempt will be made to redeliver your package.  If this is not possible the delivery will be returned to us and costs that may have been occurred for this will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

What if my goods are damaged?

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if any goods are damaged.  We would also recommend that, where possible, you photograph the damaged goods.  We expect all of our products to be of a high quality – if you feel that this is not the case, please contact us immediately.  Please see the Terms and Conditions for further guidance.
